In the Academic Advising and Student Affairs Unit, we seek to play a decisive role in developing the skills and development of male and female students through our qualified and dedicated team to provide you with the necessary support in your educational journey.
We will provide advice on your academic path choices, explore your areas of interest and talents, and contribute to achieving your goals and achieving sustainable success.

In addition, we will work to provide you with psychological, emotional, and financial support in the event of pressures and personal challenges that you may face in your university life. We are here for you, to listen to your problems and provide appropriate assistance and guidance to every student, male and female.

Striving to provide various counseling services to students that meet their different needs and work on their harmony with their academic environment and their awareness of the rules and regulations followed, in addition to developing their personalities, discovering their talents and taking care of them, and helping them overcome the difficulties they face during their academic career.

• Receiving new students, setting an orientation program, clarifying the rights that students enjoy and the obligations they are owed, clarifying all regulations related to the educational process, including deletion, addition, etc., and explaining the study plans for each academic program.
• Supervising the departments in identifying academic advisors for students at the college in coordination with the college registrar
• Supervising all academic advising processes by following clear and easy procedures and approving models for this
• Nominating distinguished students to councils and committees in which students are entitled to participate in membership
• Guiding college students psychologically and socially and providing advice to them
• Study the conditions of struggling students in the college, send their lists to the departments, and provide the necessary solutions
• Coordinating with the Deanship of Student Affairs in everything related to guidance and counseling
• Coordinating with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration to switch to a fully computerized academic advising system within the college
• Study everything that is referred by the Dean of the College or the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and Development to the unit and submit the necessary proposals
