Unit Tasks
- Proposing the annual plan for scholarships for faculty members, including teaching assistants and lecturers, in coordination with the college departments and following them up.
- Receiving new scholarship applications referred by the college departments to be presented to the college council.
- Receiving post-scholarship applications referred by the Scholarship Department to be referred to the college departments for presentation to the department councils.
- Establishing a database for college scholarships in coordination with the Scholarships Department.
- Follow up on the conditions of the college’s scholarship students abroad and internally, as well as those attached to the placement programs, in coordination with the departments of the college, the scholarship administration, and the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies.
- Supervising and following up the on reports of the scholarship committees in the college departments.
- Achieving everything related to the strategic plan related to scholarship affairs in the college.
- Preparing reports for teaching assistants and lecturers at the college.
